Hand-Knit Hats and Scarves

About Us

The Sheep

Our sheep are a mix of Dorset and Dorset crossbreeds, a line that traces it roots to southern England in the 1600s. They are one of the most popular breeds in the U.S., so chances are you've met a Dorset before!

We believe that happy, well-fed sheep make the best wool, and strive to bring you warm, beautiful, ethically-produced goods from our woolly friends.

The Farm

We've owned and raised sheep for the past 10+ years in Mendham, NJ. The farm itself has existed for 150 years, with some of our barns dating back to the early 1800s, evidenced by the tree trunks used as beams in the barn where we keep the sheep (pictured above).

Our name, Annebrook Farm, is taken from our ancestor's farm in Ireland, and we're proud to continue that tradition.

The Team

Our hand-knit products are made by Chie Davis, who is the founder of Chie Wear and brings over 30 years of experience in designing and creating craft goods.

Knitting and crocheting has always been her passion and she is excited to share her work with you!

Ewe to You, That's Our Promise

All of our products are made from our own sheep's wool, which are born and bred in New Jersey. Their raw wool is turned into yarn in upstate New York, which in turn is used in our blankets, hats, & scarves. How's that for local?

"These are the best wool products I've ever owned!"

Alden, obviously

"The navy blue color was absolutely beautiful!"
